To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number, along with your email or phone number. We will get in touch with you to inform you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

To process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank as there could be some processing time before the refund appears. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@garden-guru.shop.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@garden-guru.shop.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
